Prior to the founding of Seasonal Workforce Strategies (SWS) in 2024, our team members worked together for over five years, delivering superior results to hundreds of H-2B employers throughout the country. Collectively, we have more than 50 years of H-2B program experience. Partnering with SWS gives employers the benefit of working directly with industry veterans with first-hand knowledge of nearly every industry currently utilizing the H-2B program. Luke Hettinger
Chief Strategy Officer
Luke is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at SWS. He has more than 16 years of experience helping employers achieve the best results in the H-2B program. Through directly filing thousands of H-2B applications, Luke has developed the strategic knowledge that produces industry-leading results. Additionally, his understanding of H-2B program dynamics allows SWS to be at the forefront of forecasting visa demand and determining the best strategies for H-2B program success.
Luke resides in Charlottesville, VA with his wife, Megan, and their daughters, Nora and Lily. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoys traveling to major and minor league ballparks at every opportunity.
Megan Hettinger
Senior Program Advisor
Megan is the Co-Founder and Senior Program Advisor at SWS. She has more than 17 years of experience with both the H-2B and H-2A non-immigrant visa programs. Megan is the in-house expert on policy and regulatory issues. She works diligently to provide the most current employer guidance and enjoys helping staff and clients alike navigate the complexities of the H2 programs.
Megan resides in Charlottesville, VA with her husband, Luke, and their daughters, Nora and Lily. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, visits to the Farmers Market, and outdoor activities with her family.

Amanda May Moore
Client Services Manager
Amanda May serves as a Client Services Manager at SWS. She has more than six years of experience working with immigrant and non-immigrant visa programs. She is a proven resource for managing complex applications, devising and executing cap relief strategies, and staff development. She has a passion for uniting employers with foreign workers and will be a dedicated partner who wants your business to succeed.
In her free time, Amanda May enjoys hiking in the Shenandoah Valley with her husband, Chris, and her dog, Midas.

Ann brings 7 years of experience guiding employers through the H-2B program. In her former role, Ann handled all aspects of client service, serving as a single point of contact from initial application through the multi-step filing process with three government agencies. Ann’s impeccable attention to detail and extensive program knowledge make her a great addition to the SWS team.
